IC50 value: Target: VDR activatorAlfacalcidol (1-hydroxycholecalciferol; Alpha D3; 1.alpha.-Hydroxyvitamin D3) improves mechanical bone strength and bone mass; suppresses osteoclastic bone resorption in vivo.[1].
